Guzman Ariza is delighted to announce the launch of its Intellectual Property monitoring service in the Dominican Republic.
Clients can now have their IP assets in the Dominican Republic monitored on a biweekly basis by Guzman Ariza. Our IP Staff will conduct a complete search and review of conflicting IP registrations in the official Intellectual Property Gazette, which is published every two weeks by the National Industrial Property Office (ONAPI- Dominican equivalent to the USPTO). Our services will include the monitoring of trademarks, commercial names, slogans, logos, patents, industrial designs, emblems, signs, among other registrable intellectual property rights.
Subscribers to this service will receive a report with a description of potential third-party conflicting IP applications, our recommendations on the filing of an opposition against said applications, along with a scanned copy of the Intellectual Property Gazette where they were published.
For more information regarding our IP Monitoring service, including applicable legal fees, please feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com.
