Guzman\u00a0Ariza<\/strong>\u00a0is delighted to announce the launch of its\u00a0Intellectual Property\u00a0monitoring service in the Dominican Republic.<\/p>\n

Clients can now have their IP assets in the Dominican Republic monitored on a biweekly basis by\u00a0Guzman Ariza<\/strong>. Our IP Staff will conduct a complete search and review of conflicting IP registrations in the official\u00a0Intellectual Property Gazette<\/strong>, which is published every two weeks by the National Industrial Property Office (ONAPI- Dominican equivalent to the USPTO). Our services will include the monitoring of trademarks, commercial names, slogans, logos, patents, industrial designs, emblems, signs, among other registrable intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n

Subscribers to this service will receive a report with a description of potential third-party conflicting IP applications, our recommendations on the filing of an opposition against said applications, along with a scanned copy of the Intellectual Property Gazette where they were published.<\/p>\n
