Guzmán Ariza Recommended in IFLR 2017 Guide

The guide to the world’s leading financial and corporate law firms, International Financial Law Review (IFLR) 1000, ranked Guzmán Ariza as a “Recognized Firm” in its 2017 global ranking of law firms.

Guzmán Ariza received recommendations by clients and competitors for its Banking, Project Finance, M&A, Restructuring and Insolvency practices, and was praised for its innovative financial work. A client informed IFLR that “Guzmán Ariza provides accurate and reliable information, they provide several scenarios and they follow the chosen plan completely.”

In addition, Dr. Christoph Sieger, partner of the firm, was recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). “Mr. Sieger is simply the best attorney I have worked with; he’s  transparent and goes to the core of things, and he is as good as it gets in technical knowledge,” said a client.

Guzmán Ariza is the first and only national law firm in the Dominican Republic, with eight offices strategically located to serve clients in every major business and tourism center in the country.
