ADOPI recently presented to the public a special edition of , the leading law journal in the Dominican Republic, as part of its celebration of Intellectual Property Day. The Special Edition, prepared by ADOPI and edited by Gaceta Judicial, was dedicated entirely to articles by Dominican and international experts..
Two intellectual property-related books were also presented to the public by Gaceta Judicial at the event: “Legislación sobre Propiedad Intelectual Anotada”, by Edwin Espinal Hernández, a compilation of intellectual property statutes, regulations and court rulings, all commented by the author; and “Manual de Derecho de Autor Dominicano”, by Edynson Alarcón, the first copyright law manual in the Dominican Republic.
