The Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) published recently (November 2009) two books by Guzmán Ariza attorneys: The Functioning of Limited Liability Companies by Alfredo Guzman and Abusive Contractual Clauses in Consumer Law by Fabio Guzmán, Jr.

The authors are presently working as associate attorneys and business consultants at Guzmán Ariza. Alfredo Guzmán is a summa cum laude graduate of the PUCMM Law School (2006) with an M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Fabio Guzmán, Jr. also graduated summa cum laude from the PUCMM Law School (2007) and later obtained an M.B.A. from Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid, Spain.
