Chrysler LLC, one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers, has retained Guzman Ariza to serve as a consultant on the laws of the Dominican Republic, regarding a product liability lawsuit brought against the company in a US Civil Court. The plaintiff claims to have been exposed in the Dominican Republic to asbestos-containing products manufactured by Chrysler.

Fabio J. Guzman Ariza, Director of the firm, is the attorney in charge of the case and is expected to act as an expert witness in trial if the case goes to trial.
